Wage Transfer - Have your wages paid directly onto your Prepaid Debit Card
Most employers pay electronically, so if you don't have a bank account or are new to the UK, it can be difficult to actually receive your wages!
Most prepaid card providers allow you to set up a wage transfer however, by filling in a simple form which is downloadable from the debit card providers website and giving it your employer.
Instead of paying your wages into a bank account, your employer can transfer your wages directly onto your card with no extra costs to them. You can then use your prepaid debit card for purchases, or you can withdraw money using your debit card at any cash machine!
